Project Three

Your Money

 

Goal:  Through this project you should further your photoshop skills.  You will also strengthen design and text layout skills.

 

Specs: (materials and guidelines)

    -Sketch out ideas for your image ahead of time

    -All sketch page elements must be included on your money

-Using a resolution of 150 dpi, you may choose a size any where between 1 and 6 inches

-Demonstrate your knowledge of the tools and tricks that we have covered

-Composition as well as execution of ideas will be graded

 

 

 

You must have the following elements on your money.

    -name of your country:

 

-value (amount must be in written and numeric form on the front and back):

 

-unit (dollar, franc, pound…):

 

-“not legal tender” (must be printed somewhere on the money)

 

-signature of an important representative from your country (you may draw this on the computer or scan a signature):

 

-at least 2 images that represent your country (ie. landscape, portrait of important person, symbol…)

• • Choose a photograph of someone you know, a celebrity, or upload a picture of yourself into photoshop
  • Using what you have learned in the first five chapters of photoshop manipulate (change or present something in a way that is false) a human (body, face, section, some part of a human)
